+	Das Freizeitangebot tagsüber; direkter Zugang zum Bad - aber: s. unten
-	Das Hotelpersonal ist nicht selten freundlich, man hat das Gefühl, man stört. Tischdecken im Speisesaal nicht sauber, Kaffeemaschine in der Frühstückszeit funktionierte nicht, Tee war nach einiger Zeit auch nicht verfügbar. Der Zugang vom Bad zum Hotel wurde uns verwehrt, da wir das Ticket nicht im Hotel erworben hatten, das heißt, wir mussten in nasser Kleidung über die Straße zum Hotel zurück. Eine Begründung konnte man uns nicht geben - sehr ärgerlich, auch für andere Gäste, die auch mit Unverständnis reagierten.
