+	The staff was great, very friendly. They did speak English. The breakfast was very good. They have 24h reception.
-	The room was very-very small and the carpet not so clean. Bathroom / toilet separated from room by thin (not concrete) walls.

+	Az étel minőségével, és kiszolgálásával meg voltunk elégedve. Kedvező volt az ár, a mennyiséghez és minőséghez képest is.
-	Jelentkezéskor dohánymentes szobát kértünk, és nem közölték, hogy ilyen csak 1 van a hotelben, amely valószínűleg akkor foglalt volt. Bár gyorsan intézkedtek, de attól még ugyanúgy dohányoztak mindenütt a hotelben, és ezt eléggé nehezményeztük. Sajnálom, hogy nem gondolnak a nem dohányzókra, és hatalmas előnyt élveznek a dohányosok. Meg lehetne oldani a dohányzást úgy is, ha a hotelen kívül jelölnek ki számukra egy helyet.

-	A recepciós egy beképzelt, öntelt Úr volt. Nem emberek közé való... Folyamatosan magát dícsérte, közben nem egy szállada vendéghez illő hangnemben válaszolt.

+	Az árral, a személyzet kedvességével.
-	Nagyon meglepett az, hogy a szolgáltatás árát a megérkezéskor kellett fizetnem. Életem során elég sok szállodában megfordultam, de ilyen bizalmatlansággal eddig nem találkoztam.

+	Bra kvalitet i förhĺllande till priset.
-	Krĺngligt att ringa hem till verige. Fick lov att köpa telefonkort som var mycket krĺngligt att använda.
