+	The size of the hotel and the large number of young famillies and couples provides for a pleasant stay. We will visit again.
-	The 'suite' we stayed was advertised as having a kitchenette. It was not a kitchenette it was just a sink!. DVD players and more access to English speaking tv channels would be welcome. The air conditioning failed for 5 days and the management did not keep us informed of when it would be fixed. In the end we had to ask for a discount. We felt this should have been offered by the management.

+	Környezet, fogadás, szolgáltatások, emberiesség, tisztaság, kiszolgálás.
-	Nem akartunk a gárázsból a kocsival elmenni mert féltünk, hogy nem lesz ismét hely.

+	a szálloda a füredi sétáló utca legújabb részén helyezkedik el, közvetlenül a part mellett (de nincs strandja, a kinti uszodája viszont remek), földalatti garazs előnyös (igaz extra pénzért, amit nem közöltek előre)
-	szoba nem volt előkészítve három főre - ágy, törölköző, pohár (kérés és visszajelzés ellenére)
