+	The food - excellent evening meal, although fresh fruit would have been welcome at breakfast.
-	The room - space for a double bed but only a single provided. Why take the double bed out? Also, the room was "tired" and needed redocoration.

-	No elevator, at my first stay my room did not have a power outlet, to charge my laptop

+	The facilities: beautiful hotel, newly built, clean, bright, comfortable room.
-	Service: staff was not smiling and friendly, the computer system was down and I could not get the invoice for my stay; was promissed it will be mailed to me the next day - over 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for it. Dining: waiters at the hotel restaurant don't make much effort beyond bringing the food and the bill; I guess the fact that the tip is a set percentage automatically included in the final bill explains it. The menu is good and the food was tasty.
