+	price, size of rooms, decor, balcony, large car park, buffet breakfast
-	some of the staff could be warmer and more friendly. A little bit tricky getting into city centre. Also, operation of shower was a bit problematic, water sprayed everywhere. Get rid of the bath tubs and problem solved.

+	Very nice rooms with wonderful beds. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very quiet location!
-	It's a pity the restaurant is situated in the basement. Not possible to have a drink outside.

+	The staff and the hotel facilities were wonderful. Relaxing and welcoming.
-	The food in the restaurant was a too salty for us as all of us are on salt-restricted diets. The staff and the ambience, however, made it a wonderful experience and if not for our diet issues, we'd have no complaints.

+	Excellent rooms, a pleasant restaurant with super menu downstairs, mini-SPA especially liked by our kids.
-	Hotel staff should have a good knowledge of bus and tram connections to downtown because the nearest undergroud station is about 10-15 min walk away.

+	Hotel was excellent, good and friendly service.
-	Suggest a small cold plunge pool instead of jaccuzzi. A little too far out of town for a short stay, but then the price reflects this and it was value for money/

-	The breakfast I came 1/2 hour before closing time and the waiter did not wanr to make new coffee, so I had to have the last cup of the coffeemachine and that was black

+	The hotel itself was great. The rooms were very spacious, clean, modern and very comfy and the hotel itself was also. The minibar was not overpriced, as it can often be in hotels. The sauna and jacuzi was very impressive and a great place to relax before a long nioght out in the city.
-	The location. Although this can not be changed there could be better transport links arranged with local taxi or bus firms to get guests into the city. Also the food provided for breakfast was of limited variety.

-	In locul camerei superioare triple rezervate prietenii nostri au primit initial o camera dubla standard cu un fotoliu extensibil. Aceasta procedura nu esta o intamplare (in luna aprilie 2007 am intalnit personal aceeasi situatie). Dupa certuri si discutii aprinse, managerul hoelului a decis acordarea unui apartament in locul camerei triple superioare rezervate. Politica hotelului in acest sens este umilitoare si discriminatoare. Cu toate ca sauna si piscina sunt OK gustul amar a ramas!!!
