- Air conditioning of the room. The possibility to open the window a bit proved very valuable.

- The lifts were awful. On two occasions we had to walk up and down five flights of stairs as none of the lifts were working.

+ This is a good hotel in a great location, staffed by nice folks who are really trying hard to serve an international clientele.
- Room was not cleaned by early afternoon, and we were called by the front desk to ask if we would like the room cleaned! As a result, we had to give up on a needed afternoon nap to evacuate the room until it could be cleaned around 3 p.m. and spent an hour wandering around the city in the rain. The front desk told me that it was all a misunderstanding, probably due to language.

- The breakfast, for a price of a steak dinner in a first class US restaurant!!! And please do something with the beds. It's frame stands out almost ten centimeter at the corners, and I bet, all of your guests have injured their shins several times per day!
