+	The Hotel main entrance is in the center of the city, in the road where I could find many other tourists and everything else I needed.

-	The breakfast, for a price of a steak dinner in a first class US restaurant!!! And please do something with the beds. It's frame stands out almost ten centimeter at the corners, and I bet, all of your guests have injured their shins several times per day!

-	Hotel is excellent but the reception staff must tell people what to be careful on the streets without asking.Threer are people on the streets that introduce you as a traveller but gets you somewhere to drink and these are the members of these bars.This is very common.

+	The staff were friendly and couldnt do enough for us. For example we had booked a trip but had left all the details at home so we had no information and couldnt even remember who we booked the trip with. The staff on reception telephoned four companys and found the excursion company and passed on all the details in the most friendliest manner. Nothing was a problem for them. The hotel was also in a fantastic location on a main shopping street and our room was facing this street and there was no noise in the evening and as soon as you stepped out the hotel you had everything you needed to start your day. Most attractions ie the parliment and the palace are all within walking distance from this hotel.
-	The hotel is under renovation and i was not notified about this so when i arrived i thought i had been conned as it looked shocking from the outside considering it is a four star hotel but when i located reception i calmed down as reception looked nice and clean and the building work was all screened off. Even though the building work had been going on it didnt interfere with my stay.

+	The room was immaculate and had every necessary amenity...very comfortable and pleasant...we like being on a popular and active street...the location was wonderful...we had requested early check in and were able to check in as soon as we arrived, at 10 a.m. which is most unusual...we would definitely stay there again!

+	The Location was great and close to everything-for sightseeing, walking,shopping,restaurants and close to the Danube. Everyone was very helpful. Room was nice and very clean.
-	It was a shame that there are not any tea/coffee making facilities in the room. (Electric Kettle, Cup or mug etc)That was the one thing that would have made a lot of difference.

+	In general I was very satisfied with my visit in Budapest. I was positively surprised about the atmosphere and "mode de vie" of the city. And I didn't know that the city contained so many wonderfull buildings from a past century.
-	If you really insist it would be minor things that the room was maybe a little to cramped and the windows could not open (for securety reasons ?)(even after adressing the issue to the reception)

+	The Man that helped me with our luggage was the most friendly and helpful person. The front desk staff seemed miserable most of the time.
-	The cleaning lady basically just barged into our room twice....Once was to fill the minibar.....and slammed the door after her when she left and the second time we were still getting ready........and she barged in and started cleaning our room...we kindly asked her to leave but she refused...I seriously think you need to remind this hotel that it is clearly not right for the cleaning lady nor the mini bar staff to come into the room when they clearly know that the guests are in there. I travel weekly and I have never experienced this before.
