+	The helpful contribution of the staff.
-	Even though I had reserved the room, there were many technical problems that the hotel promised before but after it was noone to solve it or even to know how to do it because the maintenance staff went home.

+	Breakfast and staff.
-	No shower and toilet in room. The location, to far from downtown.
