+	Price, breakfast, spatious room, central location, friendly service. For the price (we paid E34/night) the hotel is a fantastic deal.
-	tHE WIFI was too weak in the room to work. Dont advertise there is wifi in rooms if it is too weak to be used

+	I travel a lot for business and tourism and can say that the accommodation and services in Unio Hotel are worth trying on. The staff are polite and caring about the guests' needs and preferences; the receptionists are real professionals; the kitchen is good and the rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable. Let me add the fact that the hotel is located at the city center, and yet the place is quiet and away from the street noise. I will definitely stay at the same hotel during my next vist to Budapest.

+	wifi all over the hotel including the rooms with strong signal. Close to the transportation means

+	Staff were helpful, my room was always cleaned daily. good value for the price. central location close to tram and metro stops.
-	Breakfast for good for meat eaters. some fruit available, but not very apertizing

+	Me and My friend loved it, and the street, Dob Utca, has everything om its way to The city center. Aswell as great public transport connections.

+	I liked the most a spacy and very clean bathroom and very clean room. The location of the hotel is great.
-	I didnot like the fact that our room was conected with door to another room.

+	Value was good, room was very clean, location is very good for Pest.
-	The smell of sewage in reception, the lift and hallways was disgusting. This was a major problem. Also, there needs to be more food available at breakfast. We came down at 9:30 and there was nothing left. Fortunately the staff had a quick omelette made up for us, which was great. Breakfast on Sundays should last until 11AM. Also the paint scheme (Pink walls) makes it look like a bordello. White or beige would be much better, more professional. Also, why so many decorations in the restaurant area, and way too many poor quality paintings. It made the place feel like a hostel.

+	Location is very convenient and accessible the center,shopping area e.t.c. Breakfast was very excellent.
-	Room was overheated and had spent some time to lower temperature;but finally succeeded to meet our demand in this respect.

+	The staff were very friendly and helpful.
-	The breakfasts presented lacked some imagination and could have been improved upon. This would have made a real difference and made the hotel certainly one you might be likely to return to without hesitation

+	The hotel was wonderfully located, within walking distance from important sights (or from the metro taking you to such sights, if you are not a walking person). The room was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, the AC worked. Dinner was plentiful and tasty.
-	No dissatisfaction at all, except having to leave.

+	Les petits déjeűners et dîners ne sont pas assez variés d'un jour ŕ l'autre. Il manque une table ou un bureau dans les chambres pour écrire. L'aération de la salle de bain est bruyante la nuit.
-	Nous gardons tout de męme un bon souvenir de cet hotel et nous pourrons le recommander ou revenir.
