+	Value was good, room was very clean, location is very good for Pest.
-	The smell of sewage in reception, the lift and hallways was disgusting. This was a major problem. Also, there needs to be more food available at breakfast. We came down at 9:30 and there was nothing left. Fortunately the staff had a quick omelette made up for us, which was great. Breakfast on Sundays should last until 11AM. Also the paint scheme (Pink walls) makes it look like a bordello. White or beige would be much better, more professional. Also, why so many decorations in the restaurant area, and way too many poor quality paintings. It made the place feel like a hostel.

+	The hotel was wonderfully located, within walking distance from important sights (or from the metro taking you to such sights, if you are not a walking person). The room was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, the AC worked. Dinner was plentiful and tasty.
-	No dissatisfaction at all, except having to leave.

+	The staff were very friendly and helpful.
-	The breakfasts presented lacked some imagination and could have been improved upon. This would have made a real difference and made the hotel certainly one you might be likely to return to without hesitation

+	Les petits déjeűners et dîners ne sont pas assez variés d'un jour ŕ l'autre. Il manque une table ou un bureau dans les chambres pour écrire. L'aération de la salle de bain est bruyante la nuit.

+	A személyzet segítőkészségével és az ételek ízével vagyok a legelégedettebb. A reggelik választéka és minősége igazán kiváló volt! Említést érdemel a svédasztalon kínált kávé, ami nem "löttykávé" volt.

-	Nem egymás melletti /fraciaágyas/szobát kértünk, de azt kaptunk. Használhatatlan volt / állandóan folyt, nem lehetett lehúzni/ a WC, kértük a portán a javítást, közölte, hogy majd másnap megnézik. Közöltük, hogy nemtudunk így aludni, a portás megígérte, hogy megnézi. Éjjelkettőkor öttünk vissza a szállóba, a víz folyt, ekkor estünk eki a WC szétszerelésének, javításának, elzártuk a vizet.

+	Megérkezésünkkor a recepciós nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Megbeszéltük vele, hogy másnap 11 óra helyett csak 13 órakor mennénk el, mivel férjemnek 14 órakor kezdődött az értekezlete. Ígéretet tett, hogy ennek nincs semmi akadálya. (sajnos nem így történt)
-	11 óra után a takarítónő kopogás nélkül nyitott ránk és a recepciós is telefonálásba kezdett. Miután közöltem vele, hogy a kollégájával megbeszéltük, hogy tovább maradunk, akkor elnézést kért. Nem tudhatjuk, hogy ki hibázott, melyik recepciós?! (de nincs rossz szájízünk)

+	Hivatalosan a szobát el kell hagyni délelőtt 11 óráig, de mi tovább maradtunk, mert elvacakoltuk az időt és egyáltalán nem tették szóvá, nem zaklattak miatta.
-	Érkezéskor azonnal kifizettették a szoba árát, pedig akkor még azt sem tudhatták, hogy fogyasztunk-e vmit később, amit a szobaszámlára szerettünk volna terhelni (minibár, vacsora, etc.) Bizalmatlanságnak tűnt, amivel korábban ugyanezen a helyen egyáltalán nem találkoztunk és nem is adtunk rá okot.

+	A fürdőszoba gyönyörü, tágas, tiszta, mint a patika! A franciaágy szuper! A szálloda fekvése ideális, ugyanakkor tökéletesen zajmentes! Az elektronikus kulcs és a széf nagyon megnyugtató. Még tartalék takaró is volt könnyen hozzáférhető helyen /habár nem volt rá szükség, mert a fütés kifogástalanul müködött./ A tájékoztató anyagok jól szerkesztettek, hasznosak, sokrétüek. A svédasztalos reggeli /igény szerint vacsora/ rendkívül gazdag, ízletes, változatos, böséges és nagyon finom!
-	Véleményem szerint kényelmesebb, praktikusabb lehetne esetleg, ha a svédasztalos étkezéshez tálcákat is elhelyeznenének.

-	Az étkezésnél csak a reggelivel kapcsolatban tudok nyilatkozni. Ez átlagos volt, de a kávé ihatatlan. Kancsóból, hideg tejjel, borzalmas. Egy kávé automatára igazán beruházhatnának. Még választási lehetőség sem volt!

+	Mivel hogy csak egy ejsyakat toltottunk nem lehet igazabol ertekelni. De igy is nagyon meg voltung elegedve a szolgalattal. A reggeli bo kinallatu. A szobat kessob hagyttuk ell es senki sem szollalt meg.

-	Wir hatten 1 Zimmer zum Innenhof, nächtlicher Schlaf war durch Ventilatorlärm vom hof her nicht möglich ! Hier sollte zukünftig dringend eine Ä nderung gebracht werden, geräuscharmer Lüfter oder anderen Ort fürLÜfter wählen.
