The room was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, the AC worked. Dinner was plentiful and tasty. - No dissatisfaction at all, except having to leave. The room was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, the AC worked. Dinner was plentiful and tasty. All in all, we loved this hotel and would return if ever in Budapest. We especially appreciated the hotel clerk greeting us upon check in (apologies for not recalling the name, but he spoke Hungarian, Romanian and a bit of English - if that helps), who was very kind and was willing to act on our reservation even if, for some weird glitch, it was not initially showing up in his computer system. He was also very helpful with maps and other such helpful brochures.
