+	Location great. Quiet but right at the heart of things- or easy to access buses,trams and metro. Breakfast excellent, huge choice. Staff helpful. Use of sister hotel's spa facilities great after days sightseeing.

+	Great Value for money and perfect location right in the center. Rooms have great deco, staff are helpful.
-	Rooms are a bit small but bearable, view is beyond bad, I can see the next buildings houses (I had to close the drapes for privacy, which by the way makes the room look even smaller). Other than that, no problems.

+	The hotel was modern, comfortable and rooms had all the amenities required for a short stay. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

-	breakfasts could have been more varied; rooms was exceptionally small (really just a bed and a bathroom) and a chair with a back would have been more useful than the stool or settee (or whatever it is) under the table.

+	The hotel was definitely to our convenience and identical to the description. It is a real pleasant place to stay at and is definitely to be recommandaded. Nice design. Price is good and up to the standard. Special thanks to the staff very nice and courteous.

+	The staff is very friendly. Breakfast - very good, more than sufficient, with a big variety, location - perfect. What else does one need for one nightstay?

+	the hotel is in a wonderful spot, central for everything, the staff were very accommodating and the rooms and services were excellent.
-	smoking in public areas and the restaurant as we in England are a no smoking country now it really was uncomfortable sitting in the public lounges with people smoking.

+	Very nice location and the hotel was beautiful and clean. Hotel is very high tech in furnishings-very clean and great local.
-	Room space was tight for two adults-it would have been nice if room was a little larger. Also only one girl at check-in new what she was doing-other seemed to be new employee. Also breakfast area was too small space wise.
