+	Minden teljesen új és tiszta volt. Nagyon igényes anyagokat, és minőségi bútorokat használtnak. Elegáns.
-	A szobába nem süt be a nap, mert a belső udvarra néz. Kárpitok, burkolatok sötét színűek.
