The Prestige Apartment House is located at a 400-metre distance from downtown Heviz, 800 metres from the local spa, surrounded by green areas. Guests can enjoy convenient rooms and apartments, various wellness services, a section room, and safe parking.

Rooms and apartments in the four-storey building offer every comfort of a 4-star hotel; the building can accommodate 25 people. Standard rooms and Comfort apartments are suitable for 2-3 people, Deluxe suites are convenient for up to 4 people; most rooms can accommodate an extra bed. The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a bathroom with shower or bathtub, colour LCD TV, mini kitchen, minibar, hairdryer, in-room safe, large balcony, and wireless Internet connection.
