The four-star hotel includes 196 double rooms with a friendly atmosphere, 23 pairs of doubles which are adjoining family rooms, and 5 rooms are wheelchair-accessible. In addition, there are 28 apartments and 6 luxury suites, some of which are equipped with a jacuzzi and/or a fireplace.

Wellness, health and beauty services include hairdressing, cosmetics, solarium, manicure and pedicure. Active recreation is offered in the four-lane bowling centre with a bar, a carom room, an Xbox room and a playroom for children.

Hotel guests have direct access to the Napfenyfurdo Aquapolis Szeged, a large spa complex, the entry fee of which is included in the room price. The spa offers 4400 square meters if water surface all year around. Europe's longes water slide (272 meters) is found here, and there is a unique still wellness section, where only adults over 16 years may enter. The health section offers a wide range of medical treatments and during the summer months there is a beach section as well.

The hotel's conference rooms can accommodate 450, 150, 100, 80 and 50 people, and garden parties can be arranged as well.
