+	The hotel is well located and the persons at the Reception have been kind and efficient
-	The room was little and not so fine and clean compared to the price. In other towns and countries, we found better rooms for the same price

+	the services and the suport offers by your staff If you search for a nice and quiet hotel in Budapest downtown, I recommend you this hotel. Especially the staff was very careful and kind, they try (and succeed) to fulfill our request.

+	Top Lage, sehr ruhig, angenehmes modernes Ambiente.
-	Gegenüber Essen und Trinken sind die Preise der Hotelzimmer im allgemeinen auf dem Niveau in Deutschland. Könnten etwas günstiger sein. Kleine Restaurationsarbeiten im Zimmer 803 wären nötig: Duschstange lose, Seifenhalterung verrostet, Türrahmen der Toilette blättert Lack innen ab. Fensterverriegelung abgebrochen, Matratzen könnten besser sein. Verstehen Sie das bitte als konstruktive Kritik. Es ist ja auch nur ein Standardzimmer. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt und werden sie weiter empfehlen.
