-	air conditioning not working and led to believe it would be fixed in 3 days when asked again, air conditioning turned off and not going to be switched on again. Had to leave window open all night so noise unbearab;e and light in the morning strong as the window was east facing. the second point of discontent was the shuttle service to the airport - we were not informed that we would be picking others up from other hotels - we booked 30 minutes earlier than the time we needed to be at the airport as we were informed that would be enough time and we did not get to the airport until over an hour after the time we booked due to 2 other pickups . there was also one passenger who had a doberman dog with him in the shuttle bus and the dog;s smell was very offensive. the third point was the linen was not changed for the entire week we were there - happy with a change of linen every two days but seven!

-	The waitress who took our food order in the bar was very blunt, but the man who was serving us for the rest of the night was lovely.

+	immediatamente fuori dall'hotel c'č un'entrata della metropolitana e banca al di la del sottopassaggio.
-	il rumore proveniente dalle altre stanze e dai corridoi durante la notte (per ospiti maleducati). Manca l'assciugacapelli nel bagno ... per il resto nessuna osservazione negativa.

-	Zajos volt a szoba !!!!!! plusz, "kurvák" zaklattak este amint felmentem a szobámba, állítólag a recepciós küldte fel őket, de én nem kértem ilyen szolgáltatást. Nagyon rámenősek voltak, igen kellemetlen volt. Nem tudtam jól aludni, még éjféll után is kopogtak az ajtómon ! Többet nem szeretnék ebben a szállóban lakni miatt.

+	A személyzet nagyon kedves volt. A 10. emeleti szobánkból, gyönyörű volt a kilátás a budai oldalra, és ilyen magasságban már az utcai zaj is csak csendes morajlás. Elégedett vagyok mindennel, és a szálloda színvonalához képest, az ár nagyon korrekt.
-	Nincs olyan, amivel elégedetlen lennék, talán ha a takarítást egy kicsit később kezdik, annak örültem volna, de ez nem zavart annyira, hogy elégedetlen legyek.

+	Magam szabályozhattam a fűtést és nem kellett várni sokáig a meleg vízre.
-	Kevésnek tartom a törölközők darab számát, szerintem két törölköző nem elég két embernek, legalább egy kéztörlőt betehetnének, mint majd mindenhol.

+	nehéz ezt egy mondatban megfogalmazni. Nagyon tetszett, hogy a szolgáltatás rendben volt, amit lefoglaltam az interneten, azt meg is kaptam, amikor a szállodába érkeztünk. Nagyon nyugodt és kedves volt a légkör. Figyelembe vették és tiszteletben tartották a kérésemet, hogy nem dohányzó legyen a szoba, nekem ez nagyon fontos volt. A megítélésem a szállodáról, a recepciósokról, segítőkészségükről pozitív. Máskor is szívesen térnék ide vissza és szívesen szállnék meg itt.

-	reggelinél az étkezőben egyes vendégek rágyújtottak és senki sem szólt rájuk, hogy nem szabad dohányozni! Mert ha jól tudom ott nem lehetett, ha igen akkor az elég nagy probléma!
