+	very nica and helpful staff, location and buffet breakfast.
-	lack of hair dryer and free wireless internet in the room.

+	Cleanliness, bathroom and sleeping facilities.
-	Amount of power outlets and clothes storage space, only one person serving in bar and restaurant.

-	air conditioning not working and led to believe it would be fixed in 3 days when asked again, air conditioning turned off and not going to be switched on again. Had to leave window open all night so noise unbearab;e and light in the morning strong as the window was east facing. the second point of discontent was the shuttle service to the airport - we were not informed that we would be picking others up from other hotels - we booked 30 minutes earlier than the time we needed to be at the airport as we were informed that would be enough time and we did not get to the airport until over an hour after the time we booked due to 2 other pickups . there was also one passenger who had a doberman dog with him in the shuttle bus and the dog;s smell was very offensive. the third point was the linen was not changed for the entire week we were there - happy with a change of linen every two days but seven!

-	toilet - we believe it needs restauration and loud guests - but we guess that's inavoidable when you welcome Sziget performers :) - just kidding

+	One of the men at the desk spoke Irish to us.
-	The waitress who took our food order in the bar was very blunt, but the man who was serving us for the rest of the night was lovely.
