-	The staff was down right rude to u to the point of yelling at us on two different occasions. Not helpful with any literature about Budapest or where the transit system was or how to use it. Staff was working on checking us in and chose to take care of two other people and left us standing there waiting. If we could have left then and not had to pay, we would have. As it was, we left a day early.

-	egy fiatal csapat is volt a szallodaban, akik egy egesz ejjel randaliroztak - nem lehetett toluk aludni, ezen nagyon kiakadtunk.

+	A szoba felszereltségével, a tisztasággal, a kényelemmel, a precíz számlaadással és az árral mindösszesen.
-	Az első alkalommal az ígérthez képest hiányos volt a szoba felszereltsége, ezt igyekezett pótolni, aki akkor recepciós volt, volt, amikor szóltam. De nem volt jó akkor sem a hajszárító. Ezzel persze semmi gond nincs, ha az előzetes tájékoztatóban nem ígérik meg, vagy ha jót kapok, amikor kérek.

+	Nagyon kellemes volt az apartman, jól felszerelt és tiszta. A reggelit a szobában szerví­rozták ami nagyon kényelmes.

+	Amabilitatea receptionerilor, amplasamentul hotelului in centrul orasului, pret foarte bun, camera dotata cu bucatarie
-	Serviciul internet inutilizabil datorita defectiunilor providerului sau a echipamentelor hotelului, parcarea hotelului care se plateste de catre client( aceasta trebuind sa fie asigurata pentru clientii hotelului gratuit sau inclusa in pretul camerei), aerul conditionat pentru care se plateste suplimentar( nici acest lucru nu a fost mentionat pe site sau in momentul in care s-a realizat cazarea)

-	hotel nie oznaczony na zewnštrz, wyglšda jak opustoszały budynek, żeby dostać fakturę, trzeba się naprosić strasznie długo, brak możliwoœci płacenia kartš, mimo tego, że na stronie jest taka informacja, głoœno w hotelu, dużo cyganów, brudno, wszędzie palš papierosy, brak parkingu hotelowego, brak wyżywienia, klimatyzacja za dodatkowš opłatš

+	Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Gute Lage (Nähe zum Zentrum), Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer
-	Rezeptionist beim Check In konnte kein Englisch/ Deutsch, dadurch war die Verständigung etwas schwierig, aber es hat trotzdem sehr gut funktioniert und der Herr war sehr freundlich.
