+ Room was clean
- The staff was down right rude to u to the point of yelling at us on two different occasions. Not helpful with any literature about Budapest or where the transit system was or how to use it. Staff was working on checking us in and chose to take care of two other people and left us standing there waiting. If we could have left then and not had to pay, we would have. As it was, we left a day early.

Staff was particularly rude to us to the point of yelling at us on two different occasions when we didn't understand. Not helpful with transit system. We didn't know we had to pay cash for the room.
