+	Cheap, well located near blue line metro, secure locked parking, safe in room, wired internet in the room, but we didn't use it. Plenty of hot water, but no towels or small shampoo.
-	The old man that works at the reception keept forgeting us :) The first time we got out and came back later afternoon, you did not recognize us, and when we asked for the room keys, he said that the guests are already in the room??? The hotel hallways could be a lot cleaner, the rooms are much better. TV kept changing channelson its own, so we turned it off?

-	lack of reply to telephone enquirieis I wondered if the hotel would be open

+	Room was clean
-	The staff was down right rude to u to the point of yelling at us on two different occasions. Not helpful with any literature about Budapest or where the transit system was or how to use it. Staff was working on checking us in and chose to take care of two other people and left us standing there waiting. If we could have left then and not had to pay, we would have. As it was, we left a day early.
