The minimum stay is 3 days – the price of three days is due even if guests leave earlier. Payment is due upon arrival, in advance.
Children under 14 can stay for free, regardless of whether they sleep in a baby cot, on an extra bed, or with the parents, but their arrival must be designated during reservation. Baby cots, baby bathtubs and highchairs can be arranged upon request. The apartments can only be rent by adults over 18 (at least one adult must reside in each apartment); we can accommodate children under 18 only under parental supervision. Price always includes taxes, but as the accommodation is self-serviced, it does not include breakfast. Payment is due upon arrival, in cash (we cannot accept credit cards or cheques).
