Kalvin Apartments - Budapest, Room interior

Kalvin Apartments opened their one-room studios in February 2004. They are located in the inner city, neighbouring the National Museum, the Museum of Applied Arts, and the Capital's Szabo Ervin Library at Kalvin Square, at the beginning of Ulloi Avenue (running towards the airport).

Each studio has soundproofed windows to the street; the size of each studio is around 30 square meters (some are smoking, some are non-smoking), the equipment includes a double bed or two separate beds (a studio can host a maximum of two adults); some studios are air-conditioned (surcharged). For the guests' laptop, each room is provided with wireless and wired Internet connection. Room equipment is brand new; the studios provide bedding, linens, towels, toilet paper, an iron and ironing board and laundry-service is available upon request. Even though room arrangement might differ from one studio to another, their equipment, furniture and inner colours follow the same interior design, so they provide equivalent service.

The studios are self-serviced, hosts do not provide any meals, but thestudios have a well-equipped kitchen in each - they fall into the semi-serviced category, as there is no staff around the clock. Weekly cleaning is done on pre-arranged schedule.

The accommodation does not operate a non-stop reception service therefore the arrival time (with flight number if applicable) must be given 3-7 days prior to arrival day otherwise guests might not get the keys and occupy the apartment in a proper time.
