+ Aside from the quality associated with a Kempinski hotel, we were most pleased with the location of our hotel in Budapest.
- I was quite perturbed by the general lack of smiles and warmth among hotel staff. Every one from reception. housekeeping to concierge and customer relations was professional but rather stiff in their interactions. Only the bell boys were a bit more friendly. It was strange for a major 5-star hotel brand not to put more emphasis on warmth of its service providers. (To be fair, perhaps this is not the case in Kempinski hotels in other locations?)
