-	Upon our return to the hotel for a 4th night, price too high and they could not find our suitcase for 3 hours while I had given a ticket to the afternoon reception guy on Sunday and he let everyone one else take the blame without saying a word!

+	Had misplaced reservation but upgraded into a Junior Suite. VERY accommodating and helpful with sightseeing, reservations. Excellent hotel.
-	It was my fault, but it is easy to "relax" youself into a couple of the $11 beers!

-	I asked for a non-smoking kingsize bed but was given to single beds joined together in a smoking room.

-	housekeeping was well below average. did not replace dirty glasses, or remove old ice buckets, or adequately replace towels daily. not what one would expect for a hotel of this class.

+	Pazar körülmények között töltöttük azt a másfél napot a szállodában. Minden igazán elegáns, magas színvonalú volt. A személyzet kifejezetten udvarias, segítőkész volt.
-	Két apróságot említenék meg: Két személyre foglaltunk szobát, mégis csak egy fürdőköpeny volt bekészítve, az is csak S, vagy M méretben. A másik kisebb megjegyzés, hogy a szobában található tájékoztatókból, feliratokból helyenként hiányzott a magyar nyelvű. Valószínű, hogy a vendégek összetétele indokolta, de talán a magyar főváros egyik legelegánsabb szállodájában a magyar feliratoknak, tájékoztatóknak is volna létjogosultsága.

-	Empfehlungen der Rezeption waren nicht kreativ. Erst auf konkretes Nachfragen, bekamen wir weitere Auskünfte. Speisen und Getränke waren unverhältnismäßig teuer im Verlgeich zum Zimmer. Fahrt zum Flughafen mit Hotel-Taxi war doppelt so teuer wie die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Dies wurde uns nicht gesagt.
