+	The greeting, smiling, facilitating, and offering to help in every corner of the hotel.
-	The bed mattres needs to replaced too much soft (but the other was hard enough)

+	Aside from the quality associated with a Kempinski hotel, we were most pleased with the location of our hotel in Budapest.
-	I was quite perturbed by the general lack of smiles and warmth among hotel staff. Every one from reception. housekeeping to concierge and customer relations was professional but rather stiff in their interactions. Only the bell boys were a bit more friendly. It was strange for a major 5-star hotel brand not to put more emphasis on warmth of its service providers. (To be fair, perhaps this is not the case in Kempinski hotels in other locations?)

+	The staff was not only professional, but kind and extremely helpful. The atmosfire was fresh and the location was perfect.
-	The TV-set in the room was old fashioned and small, but that´s not too important.

+	The exceptional service from the staff. They made you feel extremely welcome.
-	Nothing - would stay here again without doubt, and would recommend anyone visiting Budapest stay at the Kempinski.

-	Upon our return to the hotel for a 4th night, price too high and they could not find our suitcase for 3 hours while I had given a ticket to the afternoon reception guy on Sunday and he let everyone one else take the blame without saying a word!

+	front desk and room service staff were very professional and courteous.
-	housekeeping was well below average. did not replace dirty glasses, or remove old ice buckets, or adequately replace towels daily. not what one would expect for a hotel of this class.

+	Had misplaced reservation but upgraded into a Junior Suite. VERY accommodating and helpful with sightseeing, reservations. Excellent hotel.
-	It was my fault, but it is easy to "relax" youself into a couple of the $11 beers!
