- I asked for a non-smoking kingsize bed but was given to single beds joined together in a smoking room.

The location was good but cannot be compared to, for example, the Four Seasons or Intercontinental Hotel. Booked Kempinsky to try it out despite the fact that I am a regular at Intercontinental Hotels worlwide
