+ The service of all staff from the front door to the chambermaids was excelllent. The hotel is immaculately clean. We got a treatment in the hotel and thoughh it was a more expensive than the public spas it was well worth it and so professional. The hotel is ideally placed for walking to Fashion Street and the pedestrian shopping streets. A very good experience in total.
- At the end of the day it's nice to have a realxing drink or two. Pricing in the bar was high compared to other establishments close by

+ The hotel itself is excellent, superb facilities and the location is perfect! However i dont think it's worth paying that much for a few nights stay when not even a breakfast is included in the price.
- Unfotunately a few staffs' attitude was appaling.

- Garage would be great although my car was taken and brought without any problem. Such hotel should have wellness (pool) free of charge for hotel guests

- On our way to the airport the taxi was told to bring us back as we had not paid our bill. Fortunately we were able to convince us that we had, so we continued. However, it made a nasty taste. We also paid more for the taxi than we had paid to get from the airport to the hotel on the previous Wednesday. This should be avoided.
