+	Stuff/owner friendliness. Rooms have been clean, apartments recently renoated
-	Location - a bit far from lake Heviz (25-30 min.walk for older people)

+	Owner and his family members are VERY friendly, always ready to help. No disturbance from them. Enough parking space for up to 3 cars in the inner yard, hence good security.
-	1. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but its' location is not taht convenient A little bit away from Heviz lake and SpA/treatment facilities - one has to walk for some 25 min - ..with small kids or for elderly people might be problematic. Also at leasta small playgriound for kids outside teh house would be great . . otherwise they are forced to play inside and may disturb other guests
