+	The hotel was beautiful and the staff really helpful
-	We could not change travellers cheques at the hotel and that was a bit inconvenient.

+	location!! ; fantastic food; staff very professional yet friendly; loved the thermal baths
-	1. air conditioning was not very good 2. can only have instant coffee in the room -- kettle but no coffeepot 3. housekeeping -- routinely neglected to replace shampoo, towels, refill minibar, etc.

+	The spa department was very good, also the cleaning of the room. The hole hotel and atmosphere was very good. Also the offer, stay 3 nights and pay for 2.
-	Missing tomatoes and cucumbers at the breakfast.

+	Ett fint gammalt hotell som förmodligen hade gjort sig bättre på sommaren. Fixade en bra födelsefrukost på rummet på begäran.
-	Badet (Spa) var inget speciellt - bara en ljummen swimmingpool. Läget - det låg långt från händelsecentrum och fanns inga bra publika transportmedel i direkt anslutning.

+	Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben einfach einen schönen Städteurlaub in Budapest verbracht. Die Unterbringubng hat einen guten Anteil daran gehabt.
