+	Very good attendance in the health +spa area. Beautifull bath and swimming pools.
-	The only discomfort was the poor work of the aircondition in our room 388, no effectivity. When we opened the window instead of air condition , immediately heavy attacs of moscitos came up.

+	the hotel, the spa was ace and never crowded.
-	mosquitos in the room, to many dont know how they got in. Tea/coffee replenishment wasnt constant. The hotel requires some new hire bicycles.

+	the staff were extremely pleasant helpful and friendly always willing to help you whenever they could -excellent
-	there was very restricted times to eat or drink - i wish the restaurant and bar would be open more and later!!!

+	Were transfered very nicely to the Danubis Margiitsziget SPA for which we noted the above rating. and the best thing is the pool, spa and surroundings

+	The spa department was very good, also the cleaning of the room. The hole hotel and atmosphere was very good. Also the offer, stay 3 nights and pay for 2.
-	Missing tomatoes and cucumbers at the breakfast.

+	The hotel was beautiful and the staff really helpful
-	We could not change travellers cheques at the hotel and that was a bit inconvenient.

+	location!! ; fantastic food; staff very professional yet friendly; loved the thermal baths
-	1. air conditioning was not very good 2. can only have instant coffee in the room -- kettle but no coffeepot 3. housekeeping -- routinely neglected to replace shampoo, towels, refill minibar, etc.
