The service on the whole was very poor: totally lacking in enthusiasm and without as much as a smile! It was as if the Soviet era wasn't over! Every thing had to be asked for. Most of the staff on the reception of the Spa baths were also most unwelcoming and not very efficient to boot. The treatment staff were very pleasant however.
