+	Lage des Hotels, Sauberkeit
-	Die im gebuchten Paket enthaltenen Leistungen (z.B.: Garage, dies war der Hauptgrund, das um € 20,- teurere Angebot zu buchen) wurden vom Hotel nicht anerkannt und somit nicht erfüllt. Garage mußte selbst bezahlt werden (Kosten: € 20,- extra). Hätten wir das billigere Paket gewählt, wären wir mit Garage auf den selben Preis von € 120,- gekommen, das Paket mit Garage hatte jedoch bereits € 120,- gekostet.
