+	The beautiful balcony on the top floor, and the location of the hotel.

+	bedrooms were good sized and very clean & freshly painted. The location was excellent, everything was very accessible, I would definitely go there agin
-	prices in the bar and for breakfast were outrageous, we had 1 small dring that tasted like lemon discinfectant & paid about Ł8 for it
