+	I loved the staff and how helpful they were. Especially after my mother injured her foot. They had a wheelchair at the ready. The staff was friendly and helpful and warm. Very professional and excellent at their profession.
-	I would have given my eye teeth for an ironing board in my room. I missed the availability of using the ironing board in the facility on the third floor. My fault.

Very great place to stay. Located in a perfect spot and not too much traffic for me at all. Close to the market and the Vaci Utca. Gracious staff and warm as well. We will go back and stay at our new home in Budapest
