+	Comfortable hotel, with all the requirements for a business traveller. Desk staff is efficient and service in the bar is excellent
-	Room service is completely unreliable. Don't order breakfast in the room, you never know when it will arrive;

+	very friendly staff
-	we dined three nights in the restaurant and were not very impressed with the meals. Breakfast excellent though.

+	ein sehr schönes jugenstilhotel-das besondere ambiente setz sich in den sehr hübschen modernen zimmern fort, zum wohlfühlen!das frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker, wir waren ausgesprochen zufrieden.
-	ein kleiner hinweis-im badezimmer wäre ein vergrößerungsspiegel angebracht!
