Pension Lavia is situated on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in Gyenesdias, at a 800 meters distance from the beach. From April until October, it welcomes guests with a familiar atmosphere, rooms with balcony, an outdoor pool, free Internet access and free parking places.

The holiday resort is located 2 kilometers from Keszthely, in the mid-western region of Hungary, north of the lake and south of the Keszthely hills. Four famous thermal spas are located within a 20 kilometer distance: Heviz, Kehidakustyan, Zalakaros and Zalaszentgrot, and the region offers a wide variety of holiday activities.

The pension includes two family apartments and seven double rooms. Room equipment includes a balcony or terrace, bathroom with shower, minibar, cable TV, alarmclock, radio, telephone and safe; rooms located on the upper floor are air-conditioned. Family apartments include two rooms: the bedroom (fit for two persons) has a large terrace, the living room is fit for two additional persons; extra beds, baby-cots and bathtubs are available upon request.

Free services include the use of the WiFi Internet, the use of the small outdoor swimming-pool and the sun terrace, table tennis equipment, toys for children, and parking in the courtyard.
