Apartments:

- In case of two-roomed apartments the min. cost of two people has to be paid.
- In case of three-roomed apartments the min. cost of three people has to be paid.

- The three-roomed apartment can be booked for 4 people at a charge of the effective extra bed charge.

Use of extra bed:

-The twin and double rooms can be equipped with extra bed for children up to 7 years.

-The junior suites can be equipped with extra bed either for one adult, or for max. two children.

-The suites can be equipped with extra bed either for one adult, or for max. two children.

-The presidential suite can not be equipped with extra bed.

-The two-roomed apartments can be equipped with extra bed either for one adult, or for max. two children.

-The three-roomed apartments can be equipped with extra bed for max. two adults.

Payment and cancellation policies:

-All services booked must be fully prepaid by 30th November 2009. In case of bookings after this date, payment must be effected within 72 hours after confirmation but payment must be completed prior to arrival.
-The hotel reserves the right to disregard the reservation and sell the booked services to another customer if the above terms are not accomplished.
-The above time-limits are the cancellation terms at the same time. Guest cancelling room until 30th November will incur a charge of the total amount of the reserved accommodation rate. The same applies to guests who do not cancel but fail to arrive. Payments once accomplished cannot be reimbursed.

Payment possibilities:

-With credit card authorisation (Hotel accepts the following credit card types: VISA, American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard).
-By bank transfer (please give your address in order to send you the prepayment request with all bank details).
-By cash.
