-	View from room & 3rd bed was very uncomfortable (just a sofa pull out). Expected to have 3 proper beds as we booked 3 adults

+	The beds were very comfortable - we slept great. The location was excellent and the staff very helpful.

-	Surprised to see that Budapest is a city of decaying and abandoned buildings. Graffitti everywhere.

-	Room was prepaid, but they had not deducted enough, so by checking out we had to pay nearly the same amount as we were already debted our room was very small staff not very friendly as you would expect from a 5-star!

-	no electric sockets near a mirror so impossible to use hair styling equipment. bills in Hungarian so didnot know what we were charged forin restuarant and bar without consulting menus again.
