+	Great view on the Budapest from west side of the building, nice sunset above Keleti station and all city.

+	We chose the Hotel because it was close to the stadion where we had to se a concert. It was perfectly located and good and polite service. I enjoyed the fitness and swimming pool
-	There were two Hotel signs lying on the parking area that the drivers could'nt see. unfortunately it punvhed a hole in our bumper

-	Personnel opened the room door at 8 o'clock a.m., without knocking (probably to clean it) while we were still in bed.

-	Amikor megérkeztem, biztonsági okokra hivatkozva lehúzták a bankkkártyámat. Ez visszaélésre adhat okot. Javaslom:kérjenek előleg vagy előre átutalással, vagy kp-ban a megérkezés napján. Több alkalmazottnak nem erőssége a köszönés.

+	A szoba felszereltsége.
-	A személyzet udvariatlansága kirívó. "Add ide a pénzed aztán kezdj amit akarsz!" mentalitás. A parkolás csak az Aréna parkolóban, onnan nincs közvetlen bejárat a szállodába. A reggelinél a rántotta, virsli hideg, péksütemény száraz. A szoba zajos, de ezt tudtam, számítottam rá. De arra nem, hogy az épített környezeten kívüli színvonal ilyen alacsony. Előbb a személyzetet kellene 4 csillagosra hozni, aztán a szállodát annak minősíteni, de ettől nagyon távol van. Kellemetlen csalódás ért.

+	A szállodával minden rendben volt a szoba kényelmes, szép, és tiszta volt.
-	Csak azért mert nem kiskosztümben érkeztem hanem sportosan hátizsákkal (koncertre mentem a városba) nem kísért a szobához a londíner nem segített vinni a táskámat.
