+	The location of the hotel in the city. The space in the apartment for the children.
-	We could not bring the children to the swimming pool as it was much too cold. The sign beside the pool stated that the temperature was 28 degrees celicus but it was not. The air conditioning was not very effective in the apartment.

+	The staff were great especially at reception. I had the best advice on restauraunts, sites and also where to go in Eger which was our next stop. The fitness staff were great - I went swimming for the first time in 19 years and the instructor was extremely helpful and put me at my ease.
