-	La limpieza es muy deficiente. En la piscina no hay nadie que vigile. Habia gente con zapatos mientras los usuarios estabamos descalzos.Una cochinada Durante los cinco dias que estuvimos no hubo ninguna variacion en el buffet del desayuno, que no es barato precisamente. Por la noche (a las 9) pedimos unos bocadillos en el bar del hotel; nos dijeron que tardarian al menos 45 minutos, ya que tenian que traerlos de otro hotel. Nos quedamos sin bocadillos

+	Front desk service . Really helpfull and welcoming enquieries.
-	The attention to a clean room. Towels and sheets where replaced daily but there was a more then two week layer of dust on the TV screen. After I made marks in it the screen was cleaned. But the rest of the TV still contained dust. Further no remarks on the cleaning. Important areas as bathrooms and beds are clean!

+	style of hotel and comfortable beds although we asked for double bed we got 2 singles pushed together
-	we had ants in our room also the tea ,coffee, milk and sugar were not replaced every day, we had to go to bar to get milk. There was no al a carte menu we had to dine buffet style each evening which did not give us a lot of choice of food and it was not piping hot., everytime a new barperson came on duty the prices were different. This was a 4**** star Hotel and we expected 4**** star services especially the food and would certainly not go back there again. We have stayed in 3*** star hotel around Europe and found the services much better especially the food.

+	the thermals is the main activity at the hotel - and a good one... keep that going as it is!
-	The buffet for dining and breakfast could have more quality at the expense of less products.. e.g. only have two good local cheeses instead of 6 anonymous cheeses! quality instead of quantity!

+	We were very impressed with the spa facilities - we've stayed at other spa hotels before and found this to be far superior, although the floor around the pool area, when wet - as it usually is - is very slippy. We particularly enjoyed being able to order drinks and food at the pool area. We were also very impressed with the changing facilities. We also enjoyed walking the hotel's grounds, very pleasantly designed. And the choice of food available for breakfast was superb.
-	The bar area was comfortable to sit in when we returned to the hotel in the evening, although the numbers of comfortable chairs is limited and we were disappointed that the bar area was so small. Service was rather slow, ceasing completely when the bar was busy (two conferences were also taking place). We were disappointed not to find the usual small bottles of complementary body lotion in the bathroom, and only one - smallish - bath towels each, rather rough in texture, as were the robes. Similarly, the towels provided by the pool were not as soft in texture, disappointing for a spa hotel!
