-	I have asked in advance for double bed room, but the only one they had of that kind was in the ground floor (which is not a problem), but for persons with disabilities! Since we had no other option I had to take it, but it was not very romantic. Bathroom had no bathtub (only curtains around the sink for easier access with wheelchairs) and toilet shell was surrounded by handgrasps for same reason.

-	I am very unsatissified with the hotels service when i asked for reservate a taxa for me to the airport. Price for a taxi normal charge with night charge 280 ft/km or day charge 200 ft/km. I should leave the hotel 05.50 and asked for reservation the night before. I was told the price and after lokking at my reciep from driving from airport to hotel wien on Buda side 21 km. paid 4300 ft. The taxi that picked me up was a very old opel kadet stationcar, the "heaven" (roof) indside the car was partly falled down. The suspension was terrible all in all a car i do not think would pass a safetytest. I was angry and had discussion with the driver but realisede that it not was his faulth. There was no taxi licence number in the windows. I chosed the hotel for the location rather close to the airport for my early depart. But i did not expect that a hotel in class as tulip hotel arrange taxidriwing with private driver ( ok with taxi sign on roof) and a meter that the driver could not make in function. For me i will never use the hotel again and expect a apology for paying much more tha normal rate for driwing in a old terrible car.

+	I was pleased that the room was spacious and on the quiet side of the building.
-	I feel that the suana should have been included in the price of the room. Also, there was plenty of food at breakfast, but the quality of the food was lacking.

-	Es gab viele Punkte, die nicht in Ordnung waren:1. Im Hotelvorraum wurde so stark geraucht, dass es durch die Tür zog und zudem war es nach 22.00 Uhr sehr laut an der Rezeption, 2. Stehlampe wurde trotz Aufforderung nie reparieret, 3.Die Betten sind sehr schlecht, unter der sehr dünnen Matrazze ist nur eine Spanplatte montiert, 4. unser Zimmer wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt, 5.Wir hatten Ameisen im Bad, 6. Der Teppich war sehr schmutzig und hatte viele Flecken, 7.zu wenig deutsche Programme 8.Unsere Fernbedienung Funktionierte nicht richtig, 9. Unser Bett wurde nie richtig gemacht (erst nach Reklamation), 10. Auf meine letzte Mail an Frau Shari habe ich bis heute keine Antwort bekommen!

-	Az általam kapott szobában az előzöő vendég szemete volt a papírkosárban, a használt törölközője kilpője szappanja a fürdőben, stb. Az ágyak át voltak húzva. Magyarul, takarítás nélkül kiadták a szobát újra. A személyzetnek másnap jeleztem.

-	c'est un hôtel qui permet aux gens de fumer ŕ tout endroit dans l'hôtel, ce qui a été vraiment désagréable au plus au point pour nous sachant que normalement on ne peut plus fumer dans des endroits publics, cela a été une vraie surprise dans le mauvais sens, ce qui nous empęchera d'y retourner.

-	Az ágyon, a lepedő alatt lévő mozáskor, forgolódáskor recsegő fólia kicsit szokatlan volt, de ennek ellenére kényelmes volt az ágy!
