+	excellent value for money, good location and big room
-	undergoing metro made some noice (disturbed only one of us), air conditioning system leaked some water

Really good location if you are going to the airport. Metro is close and you can take the bus 200 from Köbanya Kispest (on the same metroline than the hotel). Big and clean rooms and VERY nice staff.
