I have made a safe reservation, booked with my credit card, for a double room -nonsmoking, yet the lady at the reception tells me that I should chose between a twin room and a smoking room. I chose the last one but she 'forgot' to tell me that it was a room for the disable -without any bath tub or shower tub! I'll never spend my money there again!
