-	Water temperature was so low in the bath room, no adjustment was possible. You may wish to have it repaired, please.

+	Nagyon kedves és alapos személyzet=Orsi+Gábor! Minden létező programról tudtak infót adni és pontos árakat.Nagyon profik és szuper személyiségek! Korrekt számlázás, egyszóval becsületesek!
-	A Cherry a saját éttermük,sajnos nem volt friss az étel,az ár érték arány pedig kifejezetten rossz. A felajánlott 10% kedvezményt pedig a végén elfelejtették jóváírni. De ne felejtsük el, ez tulajdonképpen nem a panzió, hanem a Széchenyi úti étterme!(Mintha nem is egy tulajdonos lenne!) A felszolgáló személyzet pedig nagyon nem örült a vendégeknek. Na igen hát munka van vele. De az ő munkájukhoz tartozna a gyorsaság , figyelmesség, udvariasság.

+	Bardzo dobre położenie pensjonatu w samym centrum starego miasta.
-	Zbyt mała znajomość języka angielskiego u większości osób.

+	Személyzet /Gábor/udvariassága, segítő készsége és a baráti elbánás rendkívüli volt.
-	Nagyon kicsi a tv és messze van az ágytól,nem élvezhető. A távírányitón nem lehet hangot állítani. A parkolási lehetőség egy kicsit körülményes volt.

+	A személyzet kifejezetten segítőkész, előzékeny és kedves volt. Elsősorban nekik köszönhetően éreztük igazán jól magunkat.

-	Limpieza y servicio en las habitaciones, no se realizó ningun dia. Pero no sabemos si es lo habitual en las pensiones de Hungría
