+	Staff is great - they are polite, helpful, their knowledge of English is quite satisfactory. Room is great, with an amazing view; hotel location is just perfect - not too far from the city centre and at very nice&quiet place. Breakfast was also fine - just what you need before a looong walk!

+	Hotel is only 10-15 min. from Budapest centre by Bus from hotel. Ideal situation for visit to Budapest. Peacefull and nice area. Clean large rooms and friendly & helpful staff.

+	The staff were friendly and helpful
-	the noise from the connecting door / naighbour, sound proffing not good at all. The location is not good for dining/ shops/ however is a great location for the beauty of the greenbelt of Budapest - very relaxing.

-	Hotel access through public transport seems to be a problem though i had a car but i am not sure if someone is to reach hotel by public transport how convinent it would be for him/her.

+	Very helpful staff - especially Soboc (guy at the reception). He gave lots of helpful advises and was very friendly. Despite of the fact that the Hotel is located 35 min from the center and you have to change public transport 2 times, the location is great - peaceful, quite and clean. Some great caves are located near - 10 min walking. Nice place for calm rest for the good price. They even offered me one free nignt and gave 15% discount for each night.
-	More diversity of the food at breakfast is recommended - some fruits would be great. Sometimes (but not always) room cleaning could be better - not only putting together bed linen but floor and WC could be cleaned.

+	Először is nagyon kedves volt a fogadtatás. Mivel nem vagyok ismerős Budapesten így segítségre szorultam, de ezt is megkaptam ott helyben a recepción, és ezért köszönet annak a recepciós fiúnak, akinek nem tudom sajnos a nevét. De a személyzet többi tagja is nagyon kedves volt és segítőkész. A szoba minőségével és tisztaságával teljesen elégedett voltam. A reggeli is finom volt. A megközelítés is elég jó.

+	Cel mai mult mi-a placut locul in care este amplasata vila,si atat.
-	In baie la dus era mucagai sus la imbinarea dintre tavan si perete.Faianta de la baie era murdara,prosoapele de baie zdrentuite la margine si cu gauri de la atatea folosiri.Camera prost compartimentata,cu mobilier de 4 feluri:Dulapul principal de culoare alba ca si cum ar fi fost un dulap de antreu.Scaunul din camera tapitat cu plus facea nota discordanta cu cele 2 noptiere de alt model de mobilier di cu masa care era alt model de mobilier,intr-un cuvant o adunatura de mobila. Geamurile mici si la 2 dintre ele la partea semirotunda de sus a aparut mucegai.Apreciez parchetul de buna calitate,dar atat.La acelasi pret in Croatia primesti un apartament cu camera,bucatarie,baie,balcon totul bine echipat si utilat.Nu recomand nimanui aceasta locatie pentru cazare.

-	Nu exista practic o parcare proprie a hotelului,asa cum se da de inteles la descrierea serviciilor cu exceptia garajului care se plateste.Se poate lasa masina pe strada,in fata vilei,fapt care nu confera securitate si nu reprezinta,de fapt un serviciu asigurat. Un alt disconfort l-a reprezentat temperatura mai scazuta in camera,desi caloriferele erau calde.Lipsesc paturile suplimentare.

+	A szálloda ablakából látható panorámával.
-	A szálloda véleményünk szerint felújításra szorulna. A szobáéban a bútorok kopottak, pecsétesek voltak, a fürdőbe a plafon beázott, a zuhanytálca rozsdás, ütött-kopott volt. A műanyag ablakok tokjai belül nagyon piszkosak voltak. Nagyon kicsi méretű a tévé. Ezek miatt kissé csalódtunk a szállodába, s csodáljuk, hogy a Korda név miatt nem igényesebb és tisztább szolgáltatást adnak a vendégeknek. De az is lehet, hogy nekik ez a színvonal is megfelel.
