+	Great location; excellent rooms and welness infrastructure
-	No clue as to how to make things cosy; a smile from the staff would be a good start...

+	Beautiful, well kept building, lovely staff. Dinner was fantastic, we felt very welcomed and valued. The only reason i didn't give max mark for Staff was that not all of them spoke English. However, even those people were helpful and attentive.

+	This hotel was lovely, from its grounds and exterior, to its public areas, to its private rooms and accommodations. It is beautifully kept.
-	A movie was being filmed at the time we stayed; this distracted the staff a bit, because of the needs of the crew and all of its equipment. In reality, we were not really inconvenienced by this development, except in the smallest sense.

+	We have been in this hotel/building for more than 15 years ago and now this is beauty building.
