Goulash Soup |

Traditional Hungarian goulash soup
Lightly fry a fine chopped onion in 2 tablespoons of fat.
Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of red paprika, add 40dkg beef cut into cubes, a tomato and a green pepper then sprikle it with some salt, put on a lid and steam until the meat become almost tender. Add 10-10dkg sliced carrot and parsley root, 30 dkg potatoes cut into cubes, caraway seeds, noodles made of one egg and 1.2 litre of water. Cover and simmer until tender.
