Pancakes filled with miced meat
Make a stew from 40 dkg diced leg of veal, 1 medium onion, 2 tablespoons of fat and a 1 teaspoon paprika. Mince the meat and mix it with 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream and add some pepper and salt to taste. Boil the gravy of the stew with 25 cl sour cream. Fry 12 salted pancakes, fill them with the minced meat and tuck the ends. Put them into an ovenproof dish and pour the paprika and sour cream sauce over the pancakes. Heat through in the oven, sprinkle with sour cream and serve decorated with parsley.
