Offers Free Entrance to Exciting Exhibitions
The Hungarian Natural Science Museum offers free entrance for visitors to its permanent exhibitions, which include: - "Time path", Stone Park in front of the Museum - A 22 meter high whale skeleton - arching the entrance interior - An African diorama with a real pond - "Amazing Life on a Corall Reef", represented in aquariums containing a total of 13 000 l water - "Man and Nature in Hungary", a history-ecology exhibition - "Whoever Loves the World - National Treasures of the Carpathian Basin", reviving a world of legends and tales, combining art and myth. - A never wilting garden of flowers, ornamenting the gallery pillars. The museum is open from 10am to 6pm every day, except for Tuesdays. It is easily accessible by public transport in Budapest - Blue Metro line, Nagyvarad ter stop, then walking towards the Danube to Ludovika Square. Spacious parking for cars and buses. The museum is closed in August for renovation.
