Summer on the Chain Bridge

This year Budapest's most famous landmark, the Chain Bridge, will once again be closed to traffic at weekends and given over completely to tourists. There will be a full programme of cultural and musical events, including folk artists and all manner of entertainment. Last year's festival drew 100,000 visitors, but this year's wider range of attractions is expected to be even more popular - with both Hungarians and foreign visitors alike. Summer on the Chain Bridge runs for the seven weekends from 3rd July to 15th August.
