Hungarian styleReview of Danubius Hotel Gellert, Budapest, Hungary"The Gellert, old fashion but attractive Hotel, is nicely situated and so typical with the fantastic baths; it's worth to stay there when visiting Budapest (the rooms could be renovated)" Didier VINCENT (Mature couple) from BRUSSELS, BELGIUM (2006. 09. 03.)Bad service in Hotel StadionReview of Danubius Hotel Arena, Budapest, Hungary"The staff do not care about their customers. The room-maid indeed forgot on the last day to provide us with a big and a small towel, and the staff who was there during the evening gave us only 2 small towels (one of us had then to dry with small towels !!!). Besides, the staff in the restaurant is not really willing to work : we arrived at the restaurant one hour before the closing time. We could have dinner but we felt we were very unwelcome and had to eat very fast: the staff did not offer any drinks but water, and was removing food (it is supposed to be a buffet), barely had we time to help ourselves. Finally they removed desserts before we could take some. 15€ for a dinner like that is really expensive ! Some members of the restaurant´s staff do not (or pretend not to) speak English..."
