"Only thing we were unhappy with was the spa that was att one end of the Hotel (not the wonderful spa within the Hotel!). They offered manicure that did not hold more than one day and the so called Swedish massage was not a massage at all (I have learnt Sw massage in Sweden, so I know what I am talking about) and we were freezing to death, I had to ask för a towel to cover myself. And it was difficult to be understood since they spoke little or no English. Very sorry about that."
